If we were to explain what a coach does in rock climbing terms, a coach would be called a 'belayer'. A belayer is the person holding the rope securely for the one climbing up the rock face. The belayer either gives out or takes in rope, keeping it snug on the climber. The belayer is someone with a unique perspective that guides the climber to unseen handholds and uses their expertise to help the climber get to the next level.
As coaches, we do the same thing as you're reaching for your summit. There are a few different ways we do that...
One-on-one coaching is where real growth happens. We begin by anchoring our coaching programs in three principles: confirmation, perspective, and accountability. It's not a one-size fits all ideal. Our personalized approach to coaching sets us apart and provides you with the individual attention you need.
Group coaching links professionals together to increase effectiveness and promote personal and/or professional growth. Groups can include individuals from the same organization who hold similar job titles or include people from various organizations who want to collaborate across industry lines. Based upon where you want to grow, we have a group for you.
BECOMING A COACHING LEADER PROGRAM
As a leader, the most important role you play is coach. We believe the first step in creating a coaching culture is to give leaders the tools and experience they need to become great coaches. We do this through a one-day training session coupled with individual or group coaching. We'll teach you the three foundations of coaching: the coaching conversation, the coaching process, and the coaching relationship.
